As I’ve said previously Monday is always the hardest day to find motivation no matter what sport/training your prescribe to.
Nothing like a 7am start to get you all fired up for a sparing session ……………… my thoughts exactly. There’s something wrong about still being able to taste the toothpaste as you get thumped in the head …. its just not right.
So tonight I spent two solid rounds of sparing getting lumped in the corner with no way out !

It’s been a rough week so far but I’ve pleased how I’ve managed to push though these mental barriers. Although I’ve put the family through it this week and I could not have got through it with out them …. Sorry guys.
Awoke in a positive mood and was pleased that the muscle fatigue was at a minimum. However was also feeling quiet displaced, like the head was not in tune with the body.
